Lil Cent Global Pharma. is a licensed pharmacy, an E-Commerce website, and a Mobile Application.
ScriptCo Inc., DBA Lil Cent Global Pharma provides at-cost medications to patients with a valid prescription and an active Lil Cent Global Pharma. Non-members pay a non-member fee of $50 per medication per transaction. Customers can do the following on the website:
- Create an online profile that includes relevant information about the customer
- Sign up for a membership
- Pay for their medications online
- Request new prescriptions
- Manage refills online
Methamphetamine Box as your Agent
If you are a non-member or member of Lil Cent Global Pharma, by accepting these terms, you are approving Lil Cent Global Pharma as your agent and agreeing to allow Lil Cent Global Pharma to take action on your behalf as often as necessary to carry out the following.
- You are contacting any or all of your pharmacies to request that your prescription(s) be transferred to Lil Cent Global Pharma.
- Obtain your medical information, including protected health information, from your healthcare provider, providers, and entities.
- Request your medication history.
- Request any allergies
- Request or initiate a prescription refill or auto-refill
- Request a prescription renewal authorization form from your Physician or Physician.
- We will bill your credit card for any and all applicable expenses (including but not limited to membership dues) unless your account is canceled before the renewal date.
Methamphetamine Box is your agent only for the above items and to provide the services in terms of use throughout this document. Lil Cent Global Pharma will cease to be your agent if either party terminates this agreement immediately upon termination.
Your Account
If and when you use the Lil Cent Global Pharma “site” or “app,” you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Lil Cent Global Pharma is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Lil Cent Global Pharma and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion at any time, with or without notice.
Prescription Policy
You guarantee personally that any prescription received by Lil Cent Global Pharma on your behalf is for your personal use alone. By accepting the “terms,” you agree to this statement. You also agree to read any applicable information relating to the prescription(s) you receive from Lil Cent Global Pharma. You agree to receive all patient education sheets for all prescriptions electronically (by scanning the QR code on the bottle). If you have any questions or concerns before taking medication, please speak to your provider or a pharmacist at Lil Cent Global Pharma during regular business hours to clarify your questions or concerns.
Children Under Thirteen
Lil Cent Global Pharma does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of thirteen, either online or offline. If you are under 18, you may use Lil Cent Global Pharma only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
